1.Paint bucket design

The wall thickness is designed unreasonable, according to our experience, the wall thickness of one 20liter paint bucket should be about 1.4-2.5mm, we also have made it with 1.2mm wall thickness, but the strength of the bucket was very weak and not durable, and this wall thickness was difficult to injection molding for 1 20liter bucket ,so it can cause the problem core eccentric .

2.Plastic paint bucket mold design

if the cooling is not equal in the different area of the paint bucket mold core and cavity, this will cause the flowing difference of the melted material, the more hot area flow rate will be faster and the colder area the flow rate\ will be slower. So the wall thickness on the hot area will be thicker than the wall on the cold area.

3.Machining accuracy

If the machining size of the mold parts are not within the tolerance, it will cause the problem of core eccentric.

4.Mold assembly

If the mold assembly is unbalanced, it can also cause the core eccentric of the plastic paint bucket.

5.Injection molding

The quality of injection molding machine and the unreasonable injection parameters will also cause the core eccentric of the plastic paint bucket.
